Our programs are founded on a holistic and preventative approach to the health and wellbeing of families. We support and foster the growth of each member of the family through the Standing Strong Club® for children, and personal empowerment coaching for parents and caregivers.

Standing Strong Group Coaching Programs

Age 7-12

STRONG Juniors – Girls & Boys

STRONG Juniors is a supportive, fun, interactive and uplifting program designed to help children feel resilient and empowered. Term programs are 1.25 hour each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong® components of STRONG Body (Movement), STRONG Mind (Mindset) and STRONG Heart (Mindfulness). Through the STRONG Juniors program, kids learn how to:

  • Adjust to changes in school, friends and family
  • Understand thoughts and feelings by learning emotional intelligence and self-awareness 
  • Discover their values, goals and boundaries
  • Deal with bullying, competition, failure and life pressure
  • Create a positive body image
  • Discover and foster a strong sense of self
  • Live a happy, healthy and inspired life
  • Build confidence, resilience and self-esteem
  • Practice gratitude and self-care
  • Develop and practice mindfulness skills.

Age 7-12

STRONG Juniors Homeschool Program – Girls & Boys

I’m excited to offer the supportive, fun, interactive and uplifting STRONG Juniors program to girls and boys who are homeschooled. This program is designed to help children feel confident, resilient and empowered. Term programs are 1.25 hour each week with each session including all three Standing Strong® components of STRONG Body (Movement), STRONG Mind (Mindset) and STRONG Heart (Mindfulness). Through the STRONG Juniors Homeschool Program, kids learn tools and strategies as part of a strong foundation of life-long wellbeing skills to help them deal with life’s challenges now, and into the future. The children are in a safe, inclusive and fun environment where they will get a sense of belonging and be curious and explore themselves through their wellbeing.

Age 13+

STRONG Teens – Girls & Boys

STRONG Teens is an empowering, supportive and uplifting program designed to help both boys and girls build confidence and resilience. Term programs go for 1.25 hours each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong® components of STRONG Body (Movement), STRONG Mind (Mindset) and STRONG Heart (Mindfulness). Through the STRONG Tweens and Teens program, kids learn how to:

  • Adjust to changes in school, friends and family
  • Understand thoughts and feelings by learning emotional intelligence and self-awareness 
  • Support mental and physical health and wellbeing
  • Deal with bullying, competition, failure and life pressure
  • Create a positive body image
  • Discover their values, goals and boundaries
  • Build confidence, resilience and self-esteem
  • Feel like they belong
  • Discover and foster a strong sense of self
  • Encourage gratitude, self-love and self-care
  • Practice mindfulness and stress management skills.

Age 5-6/7

STRONG Little Ones – Girls & Boys

STRONG Little Ones is a gentle, fun and supportive program designed to help both boys and girls build confidence and resilience from a young age. Term programs go for 1 hour each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong® components of STRONG Body (Movement), STRONG Mind (Mindset) and STRONG Heart (Mindfulness). Through the STRONG Little Ones program, kids learn how to:

  • Adjust to changes in school, friends and family
  • Understand thoughts and feelings by learning emotional intelligence and self-awareness 
  • Support mental and physical health and wellbeing
  • Deal with worries and other big emotions
  • Create a positive body image
  • Discover their values, goals and boundaries
  • Build confidence, resilience and self-esteem
  • Feel like they belong
  • Discover a sense of self
  • Encourage gratitude, self-love and self-care
  • Practice mindfulness skills.

Standing Strong - Topics

At Teacup Coach we get the opportunity to impart and share important life-long knowledge around over 40 different health and wellbeing topics for kids. I’m excited to bring you the topics for the first semester of term 1 and term 2 of 2024. 

Each of these topics is embodied in our holistic Standing Strong® pillars of STRONG Body (movement), STRONG Mind (mindset) and STRONG Heart (mindfulness) that make up each session. It is this proven approach that will help grow your child’s long-term physical, mental, social and emotional health and wellbeing, empowering them to confident and resilient little people.

Standing Strong Club® for Childrens Wellness

The Standing Strong Club®, through Teacup Coach, provides multi-award winning evidence-based programs that offers children 5-17 years proactive and preventative support for their mental health and wellbeing.

Our non-clinical programs are uplifting, supportive, fun and designed to help children feel resilient and empowered!
Our empowering mindset topics and practical activities help develop your child’s life-skill toolkit, enabling them to a confident headstart in overcoming any current or future challenges they may experience.
